Lodging

For your convenience, we have booked a limited number of rooms at the Monte Carlo Resort and Casino at a special group rate. Room rates are as follows.

 

     Sun, Dec 6:                   $74 plus $9.50 resort fee and 12% tax

     Mon - Thu, Dec 7-10:      $51 per night plus $9.50 resort fee and 12% tax

     Fri - Sat, Dec 11-12:       $74 per night plus $9.50 resort fee and 12% tax

 

If you decide to arrive early, the rate for Saturday night, Dec 5, is $189 plus fee and tax.

 

The additional resort fee of $9.50 is a mandatory charge which gives you access to the following services: fitness center, daily newspaper, 2 bottles of Monte Carlo water per day, local and toll-free (800) calls, copying, faxing, and boarding pass printing.

 

To receive these rates, reservations need to be made by November 22, 2009.  We encourage you to book sooner as rooms seem to be filling up quickly during this time period.

To make your reservation via telephone, please call the Hotel Reservation Department toll free at +1 800-311-8999 and provide the GRAPA Training group code XGRPA12.

 

The hotel will require a deposit of the first night’s room rate plus tax.

 

Please make sure that you receive a confirmation of your reservation, otherwise the group rate may not apply.

 

Should you need to cancel your reservation for any reason, you are required to inform the hotel at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled arrival date to avoid a penalty charge of the first night’s room rate plus tax.

Visa Information

Generally, a citizen of a foreign country who wishes to enter the United States must first obtain a visa. The visa allows a foreign citizen, to travel to the United States port-of entry and request permission of the U.S. immigration inspector to enter the U.S.

McCarren International Airport is the principal commercial airport serving Las Vegas and Clark County, Nevada, United States. The airport is located five miles (8 km) south of the central business district of Las Vegas, in the unincorporated area of Paradise in Clark County.
