Intro to Revenue Assurance Foundations

The Intro to Revenue Assurance Foundations details GRAPA's Revenue Governance model. It is the ideal introduction to the practice of revenue assurance. After completing this course you will have a comprehensive understanding of how revenue assurance is practiced today, and you may continue your GRAPA training at any time if you wish to expand on your acquired knowledge and attain Practitioner-level Certification.
