Revenue Assurance Training and Certification


We are excited to announce that that we will host a one-week training and certification event in London. Based on the needs of telecoms professionals in this region, this event will feature our newly renovated RA Foundations Course. While the majority of our attendees look to GRAPA training to help them earn the industry-recognized RA Practitioner Certification, more and more are now requesting a greater amount of flexibility and customization to their training experience. To meet this need, we have re-structured our RAF course with the new Unit-Based Approach. Each day of this event is now divided into two, stand-alone, four-hour units. Each unit is focused on a single topic, and contains its own training, workshop, and testing sequence. Students now have the flexibility to take all 10 units and this event and earn GRAPA Telecom Revenue Assurance Analyst Certification, or attend only those modules that best correlate to their learning objectives.
Once a course is filled, it will no longer be available for online registration. Should this occur, you may contact your membership manager to get added to a wait-list. The last day to register for this event is 21 January 2013.

Certified Practitioner of Revenue Assurance
(CP-RA) Certification Training

 

Students will learn a governance model for the Revenue Assurance function along with the GRAPA standard controls for critical operational and technical domains. Professionals will walk away with a systematic and comprehensive method for the analysis, diagnosis and containment of risks to revenues

With the unit-based approach, you can now take only those training sessions that are the most important to YOUR objectives! Best of all, GRAPA will recognize your unit-by-unit completion so that you earn recognition for those topics you have completed.

1-4 Unit Program: $900 per unit
5-8 Unit Program: $600 per unit
