Revenue Engineering 102: Mastering Markets

Winning at the Telco Money Game: Part II

In day two of the Revenue Engineering course, students will learn about the many parameters and issues associated with the management of markets and market risk. While traditionally considered to be within the scope of the marketing team, market assurance is the financial discipline which starts with the primary building blocks of marketing (market share, penetration, brand equity, customer behavior, segmentation and the overall value creation process) and places these assets and values into financial and controllable terms.

Students will learn the rationalization, methods for analysis, and assessment of risk in a trackable and quantifiable way. They will also become familiarized with the formulae and governance methods that will allow management to balance innovation and profit potential against risk and profit loss.  Express Interest Here
