Overview:
Establishing KPIs for your RA team,
and determining what to report to management and other groups is a
key function for RA Managers. KPIs are the fundamental building
block for budget and staffing negotiations, and the preparation of
the right KPIs and compliance reporting formats can have a major
impact on the effectiveness of your revenue assurance group
activities and on your success as a manager.
