This course offers an introduction to

for the management of telecom fraud. This course provides the

of each of the major categories and types of telecom fraud based on
GRAPA benchmarks and the GRAPA fraud contest.

*This is a
workshop class and students will be expected to make presentations,
discuss situations from their own environment or experience and work
out the details of how to best attain “maximum impact for minimum
cost” in their own organizations.
Students
will be asked to bring knowledge of their existing environments and
be prepare to participate in fraud exposure and containment
exercises designed to help determine the proper level of fraud
coverage.
